Internet Research Analyst - Chinese and English Speaking

Description: Work in English.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research assigned topics using online methods such as social media, chat rooms, bulletin boards, Email, B2B websites and various other methods and online tools.
• Analyzing, collecting and presenting results using excel spreadsheets, databases and other formats.
• Recommend and advise strategies, solutions, risks or other factors contributing to the research.
• Prepare summaries and reports on a regular basis.
• Multi-tasking on several projects at once.

Required Qualifications:

• English (or/and Chinese) language proficiency.
• Analytical and forward thinking with solid research skills and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Applications essential.
• Knowledgeable in Social Media Networking and other online tools.
• Team work and communication, with the ability to work individually.
